With the quick coupling, you can attach your telescope or camera safely. The clamp can be screwed directly to photo tripods. It is especially suited for building double connections where a high load capacity is needed. Through the areal clamping, a high clamping power can be achieved, while your accessories are protected against unaesthetic pressure marks.

A safe and precise clamping of your telescope

Whether you want to clamp a telescope from Vixen, Skywatcher, Orion, or Teleskop Service, you simply attach a GP level dovetail bar to the telescope. With most telescopes, this bar is already included. The bar is simply clamped with the pressure screw and fixed. You can also shift the telescope in the clamp for achieving an even better equilibrium.

The clamp itself can be adapted to a mount, to the counterweight shaft or another dovetail bar, building a double connection.

Despite a strong clamping, unaesthetic marks can be avoided

A generously dimensioned surface with 25 mm width presses the bar against the other side of the clamp. The force is not concentrated onto a point, but onto a larger area, which positively affects load capacity. Furthermore, unaesthetic marks can be avoided.

GP connection for your photo tripod

Simply screw the dovetail clamp onto your photo tripod or tripod head, and you can mount your telescope on the tripod.

Extremly flexible through 7 countersunk bores

For attaching the clamp, 7 bores are available. Five bores for M6 and 1/4" screws (at 38 mm distance square, one M6 bore in the centre), two bores for M8 screws at 38 mm distance. All functions, especially the clamping, are completely kept. The clamping screw can be used without problems.
