TS-Optics Losmandy Style Dovetail Bar for heavy telescopes

This dovetail bar provides safe support of your telescope on the mount. We recommend this dovetail bar especially for large telescopes like Newtonians from 12" aperture or refractors from 6" aperture.

Due to many supplementary bores and threads, you can attach dovetail clamps at the side and thus built a massive dual mount for astrophotography The large distance allows even using telescopes with large diameter.

Among others, the dovetail fits to:

• Losmandy mounts G11, GM8, Titan

Flexible adaptions through many bores and threads

• 2x bores for 6 mm to 8 mm screws at the end of the bar - distance of the bores 470 mm 2x bores for 6 mm to 8 mm screws in the middle of the bar
• 2x M6 threads (female) on each side with 35 mm distance for dovetail clamps (construction of dual mount)
• 2x M8 threads (female) on each side with 35 mm distance for dovetail clamps (construction of dual mount)
