TS-Optics short Adapter from M54 to M48 for photography
This adapter connects accessories with M54 thread to M48 or 2" filter threads. It is a true multi-functional adapter. The adapter is primarily used for:

Connections of CCD cameras, filter wheels or filter drawers with M48 adaption:
CCD cameras with larger sensors (like ATIK 16200) or filter wheels from ATIK or Trutek have an M54 thread. This adapter provides a connection to the important M48x0.75 thread, allowing a clean adaption to the telescope. With only 1.5 mm length, this adapter is very short. The M54 thread does not count, as it is sunken into the camera.

Adaption of 2" filters to camera lenses via the filter thread:
Good camera lenses are often used for astrophotography, too. This adapter allows the use of 2" filters with the lens of your camera. If your lens does not have an M54 filter thread, you can make the transition by using Baader Hyperion adapters. You find them in the accessories section.

Quick filter exchange, for example for L-RGB images with camera lenses:
The filter drawer TSFEKM48 can also be set in front of the camera lens with this adapter TSM54a-M48i. You can change the filters within seconds without unscrewing camera or lens. That´s the requirement for L-RGB images. The filter drawer can also be found in the accessories section.
