TS Optics 1.25" Colour Filter - Orange #21 from 80mm
Enhances contrast on Planets TS Optics colour filters offer an improved contrast when viewing the moon and the planets. Each filter works out specific details by transmitting only specific parts of the visual spectrum. As a result the contrast of these details is boosted for better visibility. Minimum aperture is 80 mm.
Enhances contrast in daytime and twilight observations (Venus, Mercury) by suppressing the blue light. Reveals details on Mars (in larger aperture telescopes) and in Jupiter's and Saturn's atmosphere. You may try spotting atmospheric structures on Uranus with large aperture telescopes.
Features - the filter housing is made of metal and as thin as possible to avoid vignetting.
