Allows more precise focusing - e.g. for astrophotography
The focus adjustment of the Celestron Schmidt Cassegrains is done by an adjustment of the main mirror. For many applications the normal adjustment is not fine enough. Thus, focusing in astrophotography often becomes a game of patience.
The 1:10 Micro reduction solves the problem. The reduction is simply mounted to the focuser of the telescope. The mounting is uncomplicated, disassembling the telescope is not necessary.
