This Skywatcher Maksutov Cassegrain telescope is very compact and powerful for its aperture and, with its high-resolution multi-coated optics, it is suitable for discovering surface details on the moon and for observing planets and double stars, but it also shows brighter deep sky objects. It can also be used very well for nature observation.

Sky-Watcher's Fusion-120i mount can be controlled wirelessly with your Smartphone or 

Tablet, using the free SynScan or SynScan PRO Apps for iOS or Android. The Fusion-120i mounting, with it's built-in Wi-Fi module, creates it’s very own Wi-Fi network, so the mount can be used anywhere, without any reliance on other Wi-Fi or mobile networks. After entering your coordinates into the App and following a simple alignment procedure, you are ready to explore the universe using the App’s intuitive touchscreen menu from an extensive database of celestial objects. It can also be controlled by Bluetooth, or with the supplied SynScan Computerised handset with a database of 42,900+ objects.

The Fusion-120i is easily portable using the built-in carry handle whilst also having a substantial payload capacity of 12kg. The mount will accept OTA's with either 45mm or 75mm dovetail bars via it's dual-fit saddle. Powering the mount is versatile using either the internal Lithium-Ion battery or an external 12V 3A DC power supply.

An Equatorial Wedge will later be available to purchase separately to use the mount in EQ Mode.
