*The illumination device offers a continously adjustable illumination of reticle eyepieces like the Baader MicroGuide, but also of older ones. It also fits into a few finder scopes. The connector, the M8x0.75 thread, is common with crosshair eyepiecesl so they often can be fitted with this device. The electrical supply works wireless with two button cells SR41/SG3, so there is no risk to get tangled up.

Masuyama eyepieces are known for their clear and high contrast imaging and velvet black background. The good contrast of these high-end eyepieces is achieved with a special cut, internal diaphragms and the best possible internal blackening. Due to the elaborate lens design, the eyepieces get by with only 5 elements, with good correction at the same time. Despite the large field of view, the short focal length Masuyama eyepieces are highly recommended for planetary and double star observation. At the same time, the eyepieces are of course very nice overview eyepieces for deep-sky observation. The long focal length eyepieces are well suited for finding and observing large area deep sky objects. The eyepieces were developed by renowned optician Dr. Masuyama. Among other things, Dr. Masuyama designed an eyepiece with a focal length of 100 mm, which was used on the historic 60-inch telescope at Mount Wilson Observatory in California. We are pleased to offer you these legendary eyepieces with the latest glass and coating technology. Scope of Delivery: Eyepiece Dust caps
Baader Mark IV Hyperion Zoom & Hyperion Zoom Barlow Lens 2.25x The set consisting of the MARK IV Hyperion 8-24 mm Universal wide angle Zoom eyepiece (#2454826) and the Hyperion zoom Barlow 2.25x (#2454654) results in combination in a zoom eyepiece with a large focal length range. The set covers all eyepiece focal length from 3.6-24 mm. This set can only be used on astronomical telescopes; use with tripods is only possible without the Barlow lens. The advantages of a zoom eyepiece for highest magnifications are obvious: ♦ Usually, you need at least 2 good fixed focal length eyepieces for high magnifications to adapt to the changing conditions like seeing, object brigthness etc. The Hyperion Zoom with the especially for this eyepiece designed Barlow lens allows an optimal gradation of magnifications, you can perfectly adapt to object, seeing and, of course, the limit of the telescope. At the same time, the matched Barlow lens provides high image quality in the respective area of focal lengths - normally a weak point of the combination of zoom eyepiece and Barlow. ♦ With the Hyperion Zoom, you have an eyepiece with best viewing comfort at hand. Only few fixed focal length eyepieces have comparable comfort at similar magnification. ♦ Large apparent field of view even at maximal focal length - no "tunnel vision" like with other zoom eyepieces ♦ The Hyperion Zoom is optimally suitable for planetary photography, you can perfectly adapt to the object photographically, too.
Starpointer - LED illuminated dot finder with universal mount Lightweight and compact finder. The Starpointer LED illuminated dot finder is compact and lightweight - an optimal alternative to optical finder telescopes when it comes to weight and flexible use. In addition, the Starpointer is also a complement to an optical viewfinder. With the illuminated viewfinder, the whole sky is at your disposal for orientation; within seconds you are in the desired area of the sky. The optical viewfinder, on the other hand, offers a smaller field of view and can be used for fine alignment. Two knurled screws allow you to align the illuminated dot finder exactly parallel to the telescope. You can switch on the illuminated dot and adjust the brightness via the rotary knob. The versatile base The Starpointer is supplied with a flexible base with two slotted holes. This makes it possible to adapt the Starpointer to all tubes from 70mm outer diameter to flat support surfaces. The spacing of the oblong holes is suitable for hole spacing from 18 to 26mm.
