Use your smartphone for unforgettable lunar and planetary images or take high-resolution pictures or videos of animals through your telescope. You can simply use the smartphone adapter instead of your 1.25" eyepieces on the telescope. The focus position is similar to the observation position.
It´s that easy to take nice pictures with your smartphone:- Clamp the smartphone into the solid metal holder.
- Adjust the holder so that the camera of your smartphone is exactly in the middle of the thread in which the projection eyepiece is screwed.
- Screw in the projection eyepiece.
- Now insert everything into the 1.25" opening of your telescope or the zenith mirror (for example for lens telescopes).
- You are now already seeing an image on the display of your smartphone, you can now focus on this with the eyepiece extension of the telescope.
- And you can already get started; if your smartphone has a time delay (timer), use this to make the recordings even sharper.
