Geoptik Hercules Wooden Tripod for EQ6, CGEM etc.

This tripod has a connection for mounts like Skywatcher EQ6 and Celestron CGEM. The base is finely CNC machined and anodized. Optional you can also get an adapter for VixenGP, HEQ5, CAM etc. or Losmandy GM8 and G11.

The beech wood is used "first choice" and treated for outdoor use. The material has been choosen because of its excellent stability and vibration damping; also not afraid of heavy loads.

The height of the tripod can range from 470 mm to 520 mm through terminal aluminium. This extension is reversible, offering the possibility of a rubber tip or metal. The triangle, laminated beech, has 5 holes for eyepieces 1 1/4" and 3 holes for eyepieces 2". It also has a machining "container" to hold small parts (screws, filters, etc...) Other holes in the legs allow you to store three ocular extra equipment by 2".

Tightening the legs to the plate through the "screws recovery" that allow a perfectly secure and stable extraordinary.

With the tripod 30H106 Hercules, you can observe with a SC comfortably seated; also with a Newton you can arrive to the eyepiece easily.

You can certainly see the practicality of this model, with a weight of only 14.3 lb and a minimum cluttered is easily transportable. The maximum load is 264 lb.
