The ClickLock adapter is more than just a 1.25" eyepiece holder!
Precise and robust clamping:
Clamping is done by coaxial rollers pressing from all sides to the 1.25" barrel of the eyepiec or accessory part. Just turn the ring by ca. 45° - In opposite to screws or other means, the force is applied smooth and equally to all sides. The accessory part remains completely on-axis and is not simply pressed to one side.
A micro focuser is integrated:
Loosen the ClickLock a little bit and turn the front ring. By this, the eyepiece slides forth and back. This is done very precisely: only 0.9mm per revolution. So a 10° twist moves e.g. the camera by only 0.025mm! Now you have, even with extreme systems, a precise focusing mechanism.
Easy to use:
The ClickLock System is, in spite of its multi-funcionality, easy to operate. After a few minutes, you don´t want to miss it any more. Even at low temperatures, operating with gloves is no problem.
