The APM Ultra Flat Field eyepiece series is a further development in the field of field correction and viewing comfort. The performance of the newly calculated optics is astonishing in view of the great price. In particular, the details of the optics, such as high-quality FMC multi-coating and effective internal blackening of the optical and housing components, produce a high-contrast, pure-color and sharp image. Our UFL can rightly be called "little stars".
Our UFL 18mm 1.25" model is a very universal all-round eyepiece for many observation situations. With 18mm, it is also ideally suited for longer focal lengths or for lower overview magnifications. The optical construction is 8 lenses in 5 groups. The pupil distance is 20mm, comfortably for wearer of eyeglasses.
